Fit 406 Bootcamp is a bootcamp style workout for all fitness levels. Our workouts are 45 min from start to finish. You will get a full body workout that is easy to fit into busy schedules.

We would like to announce that Fit 406 Bootcamp will be offering a corporate discount to all businesses. A business must have at least 5 people per business to qualify. Our $99/ month membership is reduced to $85/ month.

Studies indicate that our mental firepower is directly linked to our physical regimen. And nowhere are the implications more relevant than to our performance at work. Working out will increase productivity, improve concentration, sharpen memory, enhance creativity, lowers stress and elevates mood.
