Yes, You Can Do It
Fit 406 Bootcamp welcomes everyone regardless of fitness level. Our coaches will help you modify any movement during the session, or give you the push you need to reach your goals. Our combination of HIIT, tabata, cardio and strength training sessions is the formula for success.
Here’s How
Our group sessions are 45 minutes long. This is the perfect workout for the busy lives we lead. No more boring treadmill workouts. No more going to the gym and not knowing what to do once you get there. We have taken the guess work out! We have planned a fun and challenging, full body workout that will give you the results that you desire. Our coaches are certified fitness instructors that encourage, support and help you stay accountable to your fitness goals.

We like to think of Fit 406 Bootcamp as a community where people come together, form friendships and work on similar fitness goals. We are like a big family. There is no judging, just friendly supportive people just like you. Fit 406 Bootcamp is a safe place to be yourself!
Our Leaders
Owners Emily Strecker and Maxy Jacobs are not new to Bootcamp workouts. Once they tried bootcamp style workouts, they were hooked! They believed in the program so much that they created Fit 406 Bootcamp and are now proud owners. Dreams do come true!
The Space
Our new space is fresh, clean and motivating! The Body wants to move and we have plenty of room to shuffle, sprint and push sleds. Never boring, our workouts are always different every day.
