With each group there will be giveaways and fun prizes and lots of opportunities to lose a lb for joining these special events through the challenge. List of what’s to be expected….

At the start participants will need to download the app for Black Orchid Yoga and for the Lulu mirror-  If they can not make it to the scheduled group time for Black Orchid Yoga, they have another opportunity for that week-With the mirror if participants can not make it to class they will have full access to the open gym and to the mirror the whole challenge.

Every time they come to the special event or guest speaker they lose 1 lb off of their end weight- making it more of an incentive to get to these special events.

Members sign up fee- 350.00     Non-members sign up fee 400.00      We will provide each person with their own notebook with the calendar so when we first meet they will mark down all the special events as well as weekly food logs but also encourage other forms if they would like- We still want to see our food logs.

Weigh-ins will start Sept 27th-30th and we will have our first meeting on the 30th after the 8am class.

Final weigh in is on Friday nov. 10th and we will have our winner meeting on the 11th.We are also going to ask participants to pair with a challenger for their own accountability buddy kinda deal.”

WHAT TO EXPECT AT FIT406

Your first workout is always free. Come to a class, get a feel for how it goes, and make some new friends at no cost.

Things to know for your first visit:

  • Plan on coming 5-10 minutes before class. That gives us time to answer all your questions, have you sign a quick waiver, and give you a tour of the gym.
  • Please bring gym shoes or clean socks. We’ve got special flooring and ask people to not wear street shoes on the workout floor. (You don’t need to buy new shows, just pick your workout shoes and give the bottoms a quick cleaning. Boom, now you’re set).
  • Wear clothes you feel comfy moving and sweating in.

That’s it, you’re set for your first class! Our trainers are simply the best and will take great care of you.
